The session includes cardio, strength and the all important core stability and pelvic floor.
The aim of this class is to help you maintain your fitness level, to become more aware of your posture and prepare you for your new arrival.
The session is for all fitness levels. You will need to have been given the all clear to exercise by your midwife or doctor at your 6 week check or 10 weeks following a C section.
Please ensure you have used your baby carrier and are confident in using it before attending this class.
This class is a full body workout including cardio, strength and core. All fitness levels are catered for. A separate area with toys for the little ones is available in the same room.
